Job description

We are looking for employees who would like to:

- Support soldiers from NATO countries and NATO partner countries in preparing for their missions by training them on how to help local leaders and the civilian population in times of war and other crises, among other things.
- experience the Bavarian flora and fauna and work in the beautiful nature reserve of JMRC Hohenfels in changing weather conditions.
- want to try something new and exciting and seek a distraction from everyday life
- work with people from all over Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, the Netherlands and other EU countries to represent a realistic urban population.

What Valbin Corp. offers you as an employer:

- You will gain insight into different activities of soldiers in a war or crisis scenario.
- During the exercise, you will be assigned a role, which may have a different name, motives and priorities and represent a kind of "new identity". For example, a role as a café owner, salesperson, teacher, doctor, etc. in one of seven unique simulated villages on the training site.
- Depending on the role you are assigned, you will have the opportunity to explore the different villages.
- During the military exercises, you will experience active combat between NATO soldiers and enemy units at close range.
- You can broaden your horizons by living closely with people of different ages, ethnicities, social backgrounds and life experiences.
- As a part-time role-player, you will take part in exercises lasting between 12 and 18 days. The daily duration is up to 10 hours, with an hourly wage of 12.82 euros.
- You will be picked up by our coach company at the nearest assembly point (if possible close to your home) and taken to the "JMRC Hohenfels". After the exercise you take the coach back to your desired assembly point.
- Accommodation, food and drinks are provided. Accommodation is usually in the village where you work during the day.
- You can expect support from colleagues who have participated in such exercises for many years.

Have we piqued your interest? Then send us your application!

We are a leader in providing civilian role-players and mission support for NATO military exercises in the US and Germany (since December 2019). After being vetted by the JMRC (Joint Military Readiness Center), you will be invited to participate in the next exercise. Five to eight exercises take place each year.
